What you'll do
Participants will learn fundamental hand-building skills using stoneware clay and create their own Japanese-style teacup (yunomi), catch-all dish, or mini vase. They will be able to choose their glaze colors as well, and pick up their pieces in ~3 weeks after final kiln firings. All tools (to borrow) and firing services are included in costs.
We recommend this experience for private parties, team socials, or individual classes.
I took my first pottery class in 2020 back when I lived in LA, and finally found a hobby that stuck with me - one that I'm extremely passionate about. Since moving to NY in 2022, I've continued to expand my skills and explore the craft that brings me so much joy! All my pieces (I love making tableware and vases) are made in Manhattan and you can occasionally find me vending at local makers markets.

You event will be booked once we receive the payment.
Yes, you are welcome to customize your event. All of our events are mix-and-match. For example, if you want to host a candle-making event at your office instead of a studio downtown, you can! If you want to add catering, we can help. Just drop us a note when you book, and we'll arrange it for you!
Yes, we work only with highly reliable vendors. Every single one of our vendors is a small business owner. We either saw them in action or received a recommendation from one of our clients. Small business owners spend years mastering their skills and put great care into planning your experience.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept ACH transfers. You can securely enter your payment details by following the invoice/payment link in the confirmation email.
If your business needs to run team events regularly, we are happy to send invoices to your accounting software.
Cancel seven calendar days before your event time and get a full refund. All other cancelations are not refundable. However, if the experience provider agrees to it, you can receive a voucher to run the same experience on another date. For cancellations, please contact hello@spaciously.io
